Leading

At Tauriko School leadership is strong focus throughout all aspects of school life. We develop leaders for today’s world and that of tomorrow. All students from NE to Year 8 have the capacity to lead in a variety of ways, all staff lead and our community shows leadership in a myriad of ways as they support the work of the school.

Students have a wide variety of opportunities to develop and practice leadership across the school. Their developing leadership skills support our students to become confident, capable, actively involved young people who believe they have the capacity to make a difference in the world.
