Teaching Position - Permanent 0.2

Tauriko School is looking for a part-time teacher to join our amazing teaching team.

We have one permanent part-time (0.2) teaching position in a Year 1 & 2 classroom. It is also envisaged that this person will be prepared to do some day-to-day relieving work.

We are looking for a teacher with proven Junior School experience to join our school team. This teacher will need to have a real strength in developing warm, supportive relationships with parents and students to enable our Year 1 & 2 students to develop a love of learning.

We are looking for a vibrant, engaged teacher who has a passion for teaching and learning, is reflective and has a commitment to their own professional growth. A sound knowledge of all learning areas of NZC, Assessment For Learning practice and strengths in literacy and mathematics are essential. Of benefit are strengths in:
