This permanent ESOL Teacher Aide position is for three hours per week working with students who require ESOL support additional to their classroom learning programmes. This position is to support students who are funded by the Ministry of Education for additional support. It is possible that this position could grow in the future when Primary aged International Students return to NZ.
Applicants should be clear English speakers. Of benefit would be experience in working in schools to support literacy learning as a teacher aide or past ESOL experience. The successful applicant will be supported by a Teacher to plan and prepare for student learning.
